
Mie Ayam Meteor
Mie Ayam Meteor is an Indonesian family restaurant that I worked with for my BUSM 421 class, where I developed a complete Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) plan to strengthen the brand, refine its message, and support its growth.

Problem
Mie Ayam Meteor, a traditional Indonesian family restaurant, had a loyal customer base but lacked a cohesive brand identity. Its logo, visuals, and messaging didn’t reflect its unique story or stand out in a competitive market—making it difficult to appeal to newer, younger audiences.

Action
For my BUSM 421 class, I developed a full Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) plan. This included researching the restaurant’s market position, redesigning the logo to modernize the brand while honoring its heritage, refreshing visual elements, and outlining clear communication strategies across digital and physical touchpoints.

Results
The reimagined brand gave Mie Ayam Meteor a stronger, more recognizable identity and a clearer voice for future marketing efforts. The IMC plan provided a roadmap the family business could use to attract new customers, improve consistency, and strengthen its presence in both traditional and digital spaces.
